REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

HANDMADE & NATURAL MATERIALS

Many of our products are handmade using natural materials. Variations in size, color, texture, grain, or finish are natural and are not considered defects. These characteristics make each piece unique and are not eligible for return.


RETURNS

We accept returns on eligible items only, subject to approval.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

  • All returns require pre-approval before being sent back

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


REFUNDS

  • Approved returns are refunded to the original method of payment

  • Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider


DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can assist you.


CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing or production has begun

  • Floor models

  • Medium and large furniture
