All our products are handmade, one piece at a time using natural materials.Any irregularities in our products should not be considered as defect in any way, it should be appreciate as one of a kind.Measurements are an approximation, and photographs are considered a representation of the merchandise and may not be an accurate representation of the color. Casa Chic cannot guarantee the grain and texture of wood and painted surfaces, the natural patinas of wood, the dye of fabrics, or the finished color on any other materials. Slight variations in size and color can be expected.
GENERAL POLICY RETURN
We accept returns within 7 business days of THE DELIVERY DATE OR STORE PICK UP. All returns, exchange or services requiere pre - autorization. Merchandisehas to be in new condition & returned unassembled in it's original state and packaging.
We do not accept Items that have been used and have not the original packaging.
(incluided hardware if any ) Refunds will be granted for the originals item's purchase price plus applicable taxes, less the original cost of delivery fees (if applicable). The refund will be issued on credit card used for the online transaction OR by check - for in-store purchase.Please email Hello@shopcasachic.ca to arrange the return/exchange of your purchase.Deliver fees can not be refund.

If you purchase anything on pre-order/custom made please note that this cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns ON damaged stock upon deliver
If your order arrives by our Delivery Company and it has been damaged in transit please take a photo and send it to email@example.com within 24 hours. Our office will request to collects the item and returns it to our warehouse for closer inspection.If the item is in stock we will courier a replacement to you within 3-7 working days.Should the item be out of stock we will gladly give you a store credit for another product or refund you for the purchase in full.
In any case deliver fees can not be refund.
You may cancel your order and request a full refund within 24hours of placing it.We will refund you by email transfer into your preferred bank account within 7 working days.
