However, because we do work with a variety of manufacturers around the world and some of our products are in production, others are coming, others are in stock, etc, Occasionally, items may be out of stock, backordered or recently discontinued. If this be the case, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order. You will then have the option to hold your order until the item is in stock or receive a full refund. We always advertise if the item is Pre - Order., If it is not Otherwise Is in STOCK. If the item is not online anymore and was a week ago this is because the last unit was sold and it is discountinued.

No we do not, and we only carry and order small quantities of each item, as small business we don’t have a big warehouse, that is why majority of our products are sold out before they arrive. And this is our goal, so we can keep ordering more & also new Items.

No, We do not offer free shipping. We do not build the cost of shipping into the price of our items. Shipping rates vary greatly depending on the size and weight of the item and the distance. Yes We can! , We do hold items for our clients as far they are paid in full. Sometimes happen that you would like an item that you won’t need until you move to your New home, but also do not want to be sold out when is the time you need it. We can hold it at no charge up to 4-6 months.
Preorder items ensure that you grab a piece before they sell out once landed, and are paid in full to reserve. You also have the option to reserve with 50 % Down payment. Please contact us to send you the custom Invoice.
All your PRE ORDERS have a 10% Discount. Please note that if you need to cancel your preorder item, you may do so only if they have not landed yet. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all preorder cancellations.
Arrival dates are tentative and may change due to ocean freight conditions that are out of our hands. Please note that our handmade pieces have to journey across the ocean to our warehouse first, before packing them off to you. Any changes to arrival dates will be emailed to preorder customers. Our Next arrival Containers are Estimated Middle March 2021.
