ETA  stock dates are more fluid than ever due to the global manufacturing, shipping and supply chain disruptions. We will continuously update you on delays to the best of our ability during this time. We ask for your patience and understanding as we strive to seek and provide information as it becomes available to us.

Casa Chic items are stocked in our Mississauga  warehouse and ship out within handling & delivery In GTA   Estimated time is 4-5 business days , Others Cities in Canada time expected in 7 -10  business days.

Please expect delays during sales or holidays. 

You’ll be contacted within 48hrs of placing your order with an approximate timeframe, when item is in stock. 

Once your item has shipped you'll receive an email with details of your order . 

Residencial Deliver in Ontario & or Quebec 

We deliver residencial to  the provinces of Ontario & Quebec, please email us with item name and your postal code to request a quote. 

 

Shipping within Canadá 

We deliver to majority Cities in Canada by freight, to your local terminal. Client must pick up large items from local terminal. We can coordinate deliver to residencial by extra cost. Please contact us prior to buy. 

We can also coordinate residencial delivery in many cities of Canada, this extra quote is not include in the flat rate please contact us by email to have exactly rate.

Some oversize pieces may be subject to additional shipping charges due to size and distance. If your order requires extra fees, you will be contacted within 48hrs with a quote for approval. 

 

Local Standard Delivery GTA 

 

STANDARD DELIVERY IS DOORSTEP ONLY. The delivery person or team does not enter the home or assemble the furniture. If you live in an apartment or condo building, it would be brought into the lobby and no further. 

Other than beds and dining tables, most of our larger furniture pieces come fully assembled. Please ensure you are comfortable bringing it to its desired destination in your home and that it will fit through all doorways and stairwells!! Please contact us to upgrade to White Glove Delivery if you feel you are unable 

Small and medium sized Items are shipped via Courier (Purolator, DHL, Canadá Post ) 

 Larger and oversized items typically ship with a freight carrier and/or third party delivery company. Carrier or delivery will depend on location.

 

Local Mississauga pick up

We offer free local pick up from our Showroom store or Mississauga Warehouse. We will contact you to coordinate for pick up your order.

We will contact you when your order is ready and pick up should be made within 7 days of being notified. Storage fees may apply if a product is warehoused for an extended amount of time. Storage Fee applies after 6 months. 

 

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

Unfortunately we can not process orders with PO BX Address

Small Items

Smaller items (e.g. bed linens, cushions, tableware) will be delivered via Canada Post or our courier partner. Once your order has been fulfilled (for in-stock items allow 5-7 working days to receive your Order Fulfilment email), it will ship to you according to the following timetable:

Small and Large Parcel will be shipped by Purolator using either PuroPost through Canada Post or PuroGround. If a Canada Post package cannot be delivered Canada Post will leave notice so you can pick up at a local facility. If a PuroGround package cannot be delivered the courier will leave a notice indicating where you can pick up at your local depot or you can request re-delivery. White Gloves Service Unlimited Furniture Delivery

No matter how many Unlimited Furniture Delivery items you place in a single order, you'll enjoy White Glove service for a 260 CA flat-rate fee, until 70 mills. More than 70 until 300 mills 300 CA

This includes inside delivery to your room of choice, as well as unpacking, assembly (excluding chandeliers) and debris removal.

For your convenience, orders containing more than one Unlimited Furniture Delivery item will be consolidated and delivered together. Once your items are ready to ship, we will contact you to schedule a delivery.

Furniture will arrive 4-5 Days after your order has been placed if item is in stock

Delivery Time

Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, we can arrange in particular cases arrange outside of this time.

As you prepare for the arrival of your new item(s), please clear a path to the room(s) of your choice, as the delivery team cannot move your existing furniture. We also suggest protecting anything that may be susceptible to damage, such as floors, furniture or entryways. We recommend that you move pets to a separate room.

Overnight and express delivery options are also unavailable. If you have any questions, please read our FAQs, or contact our furniture specialists.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Upon receipt of your order, please ensure that you have received all the items purchased. Your packing slip will be affixed to one of your boxes in a red envelope. It is recommended that you review your packing slip before the delivery personnel leaves and advise them of any discrepancies.

Please indicate on your packing slip any occurrence during the delivery and contact us as soon as possible. The transporter will not accept responsibility for any damages which have not been indicated on the packing slip. If you find any damage on your merchandise, keep all contents and their original outer and inner packaging. Please contact us immediately following your delivery to ensure that proper action is taken.



Our products carry a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty applies only to a household use of our products. The warranty does not cover regular wear and tear discoloration due to exposure to light, misuse, shrinkage or pilling of materials, or abusive wear.
