Our products are delivered in two ways, either:
- Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., UPS, USPS) to your delivery address ( for small items )
- Truck Delivery for most furniture and other items that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits; usually includes our Premium White Glove service and Unlimited Items for a Flat Rate fee

Unfortunately we can not process orders with PO BX Address
Smaller items (e.g. bed linens, cushions, tableware) will be delivered via Canada Post or our courier partner. Once your order has been fulfilled (for in-stock items allow 5-7 working days to receive your Order Fulfilment email), it will ship to you according to the following timetable:
Small and Large Parcel will be shipped by Purolator using either PuroPost through Canada Post or PuroGround. If a Canada Post package cannot be delivered Canada Post will leave notice so you can pick up at a local facility. If a PuroGround package cannot be delivered the courier will leave a notice indicating where you can pick up at your local depot or you can request re-delivery. Unlimited Furniture Delivery
No matter how many Unlimited Furniture Delivery items you place in a single order, you'll enjoy White Glove service for a 179 CA flat-rate fee, until 70 mills. More than 70 until 300 mills 289 CA This includes inside delivery to your room of choice, as well as unpacking, assembly (excluding chandeliers) and debris removal.
For your convenience, orders containing more than one Unlimited Furniture Delivery item will be consolidated and delivered together. Once your items are ready to ship, we will contact you to schedule a delivery.
Furniture will arrive 4-5 Days after your order has been placed.
Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, we can arrange in particular cases arrange outside of this time.
As you prepare for the arrival of your new item(s), please clear a path to the room(s) of your choice, as the delivery team cannot move your existing furniture. We also suggest protecting anything that may be susceptible to damage, such as floors, furniture or entryways. We recommend that you move pets to a separate room.
Please note Unlimited Furniture Delivery items are unable to ship to anywhere outside ONTARIO.

Inspecting Your Delivery
Upon receipt of your order, please ensure that you have received all the items purchased. Your packing slip will be affixed to one of your boxes in a red envelope. It is recommended that you review your packing slip before the delivery personnel leaves and advise them of any discrepancies. Please indicate on your packing slip any occurrence during the delivery and contact us as soon as possible. The transporter will not accept responsibility for any damages which have not been indicated on the packing slip. If you find any damage on your merchandise, keep all contents and their original outer and inner packaging. Please contact us immediately following your delivery to ensure that proper action is taken. Our products carry a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty applies only to a household use of our products. The warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, discoloration due to exposure to light, misuse, shrinkage or pilling of materials, or abusive wear.
Our products has proudly been finished by hand. Because of its unique hand craftsmanship, subtle differences should be expected and appreciated as part of its creative design. These differences are not considered a defect.
Want something sooner? Pick up your online selections in person at a store! When you find an item you'd like At shopcasachic.ca select a size, color, then select PICK UP IN A STORE. Your selection will typically default to our Oakville Showroom location.

Most items should be available for pickup within 24 hours after your order is placed. You will receive a notification email(s) when your order is ready for pick up. Remember to wait for this notification before heading to the store! You may see a preauthorization on your selected method of payment prior to pickup. However, you will not be charged until you obtain your merchandise. Once every item is ready for pickup, your order will be held for 7 days. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled, and your method of payment will not be charged.
We will send you a reminder email 24 hours prior to cancellation. If you would like to request a 24-hour extension and pick up your order after the 3 days, please contact us before the order is cancelled.
What To Bring:
When picking up your order, please bring a printed or digital version of your order confirmation and a valid ID.
